I have a question about RRC COnnection re-establishment procedure.
Consider a senario that a UE handover from Cell A to Cell B. These two Cells are located in different eNBs. A RLF happen shortly after handover success . The UE tries to re-establish RRC connection in Cell A and the UE context in Cell A still exists because MRO timer is not expired. Then UE sets up SRB1/SRB2/DRB successfully.
Now I have a question how Cell A set up S1 connection with MME?

If cell A still has the UE content, then the S1 connection to the MME is still in place.
